This process is very simple and you can perform it within 5minutes on your phone.

Below are the first steps you need to take to do the operation.

1. You will need to reset your password from default to a new one.

Now dial *931# and enter 6, you will see a message that you should enter the default pin which is 0000, so you will be able to create your new pin.

After you have done with that follow the second steps below.

1. Dial *931# and enter option 1 to fund your wallet with the airtime on your phone. 

Then enter 1 which is self and enter the amount in which you want to fund your account with.

Then enter 1 to proceed.

2. After you are done funding your wallet dial *931# again and enter option 8 which is Cable TV and choose the decoder you want to subscribe to.

3. Enter the smartcard number and choose the amount you want.

4. Lastly enter your pin to complete the transaction.

It will show Transaction successful.
